ブルース・スプリングスティーン（Bruce Springsteen, 1949年9月23日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国ニュージャージー州ロングブランチで生まれ、フリーホールド育ちのシンガーソングライター。父はオランダ系とアイルランド系の混血のトラック運転手、母はイタリア系アメリカ人。敬虔なカトリック教徒。
アメリカを代表するロックン・ローラー。通称は「ボス（Boss）」。初期の作品においては、青春群像の描写に際立った才能を示したが、やがて社会的なテーマを作品に織り込むことによって、アメリカ民衆の声を代弁する存在へと成長した。ウッディ・ガスリーの後継的な立場にあるアーティストの一人である。
