Philipp Gässlein from laut.de gave the album two out of a possible five points. He mainly criticized Afrob's lyrics and rhymes, saying that he was often inferior to his guests in terms of rap technique. In contrast, the beat productions were largely praised and the guest appearance by Joy Denalane was also rated positively. Overall, however, the album contains "only three or four really convincing tracks", while the rest fail to "rise above mediocrity".
