Adding an Artist Problem

Trying to add a Missing Artist but Can't seem to figure it out.
The Artist is "Chas & Dave" from the UK. They are in Music Brainz

But when I try to add there is No Artist Found and it gives me a list to choose from, but they are not there?
So how is it done?
