Using artist images in Apple App Store images

Hi

I've just integrated in to my iOS app, just for artist images and logos.

Has anyone ever successfully used these in their App Store images before, or do you fall fowl of the App Store copyright rules?

I guess I'm really asking if the artist images returned are free from copyright?

There has been varying success from developers. Android seems fine but Apple as always are very strict.
