No error message, only the empty TheaudioDB website with logo in upper left corner after submit the image. And yes, it's a png image with correct size.
Other albums by Joe Bonamassa - no problem with upload of CD art images.

I uploaded an image 900 x 900 for better quality, no problem.

Maybe something to do with the image format, it should work fine at all pixels as long as its square.
