V2 API and updates

After a few years of this site taking a back seat I've decided to do a nice upgrade.
- V2 API is now released in a simple form. It is in Beta so please try it out if you are premium member. Any feedback is welcome.
- Premium upgrades and now all handled by Paypal.
- I've run another large import from coverartarchive incrfeasing album art numbers.
- Moved artwork to Cloudflare R2. This should help maintainability of our 1 million pieces of artwork
Any other improvements people are looking for, please do let me know feedback.
