Jessame, a Los Angeles native from Burbank, California, discovered his passion for music at an early age. From skateboarding the streets of LA, to honing his skills as a drummer in the worship band during his formative years, Jessame's journey into songwriting and production was inevitable. Drawing inspiration from his rich familial heritage, deeply rooted in the Berry family tree, Jessame's ancestors have served as a significant influence on his musical career.
In 2015, Jessame made waves with the release of his debut single "Lights," marking the beginning of his ascent in the music scene. Subsequent singles showcased his versatility and talent, earning him recognition and airplay on radio stations. Collaborating with esteemed artists such as Dr. Dre, Q-Tip of A Tribe Called Quest, Jeremih, Lost Kings, amongst many others, Jessame has solidified his place among industry titans. As Jessame received mentor ship from industry titans such as Dr. Dre, Q-Tip, & Raphael Saadiq, he is continuing to curate his own sound through his collaborations for other artists. He is currently working on his debut project while signed as a writer/producer to Sony Music Publishing.
