Joelle Clarke, known professionally as Jovi Rockwell, is a singer and songwriter from Kingston, Jamaica, recognized for her blend of dancehall, hip-hop, and pop music.

Notable performances include appearances at Air Jamaica Jazz and Blues 2005 in Montego Bay, Jamaica; the Trans Dub Masive Tour in 2005/2006 across locations such as Antwerp/Belgium and Amsterdam/Holland, including Dour fest and 77Splash; and appearances at the Irie Jamboree 2005/2006 in New York City, and various other events in Kingston and France. She has also performed at the Madison Square Garden (BuJu & Friends) SXSW 2010, where she performed on six major stages.

Her discography includes singles released in Jamaica and the United States, such as "Party On," "Dance Floor," and "All About Love" (featuring dancehall artist Zumjay). Other notable tracks include "Hey" (featuring Courtney ‘Yogie’ John “Need Me”) and "Can’t stop now," which was produced by Diplo for the Major Lazer Project. Rockwell has also released the mixtape *Psycho Therapy* in November 2009. She has collaborated with high-profile artists including Bruno Mars, Flo Rida, Mims, Akon, and Ne-Yo.
