Yaki Kadafi, born Yafeu Akiyele Fula (October 9, 1977 – November 10, 1996), was an American rapper best known as a founding member of the hip-hop collective the Outlawz, closely associated with Tupac Shakur. Shakur, his godbrother, was a family friend from childhood, their parents having met at a black rights meeting in the late 1970s.

Fula began rapping in 1992 alongside Katari "Kastro" Cox and Malcolm "E.D.I. Mean" Greenidge as a trio originally billed as Thoro Headz and Young Thugz. The group appeared on Shakur's 1993 B-side "Flex" and, after adding Mutah "Napoleon" Beale and rebranding as Dramacydal, contributed to the songs "Me Against the World" and "Outlaw" on Shakur's 1995 album Me Against the World. Fula also recorded as one half of the duo Fatal-N-Felony with childhood friend Hussein Fatal, and separately performed under the alias Young Hollywood.

Following Shakur's release from prison in late 1995, the collective was reorganized as the Outlaw Immortalz and later the Outlawz, with each member adopting an alias referencing a perceived enemy of the United States; Shakur gave Fula the name Yaki Kadafi, after Muammar Gaddafi. The expanded lineup debuted on "When We Ride" from Shakur's All Eyez on Me (1996), and Kadafi, Fatal, and E.D.I. Mean were featured that June on Shakur's "Hit 'Em Up." Kadafi and Shakur also began the group Tha Havenotz with Candyman 187, though its development stalled after both men's deaths. Kadafi was present as Shakur was hospitalized following the September 7, 1996 shooting in Las Vegas that killed him six days later.

After Shakur's death, Kadafi returned to New Jersey with Hussein Fatal. On November 10, 1996, at age 19, he was fatally shot; accounts of the killing vary, including reports that he was shot by an acquaintance while intoxicated, that the shooting was related to money, or that he was targeted because he was considered a potential witness to Shakur's murder, having been sought for interview by Las Vegas police. His mother, Yaasmyn Fula, later released unheard Kadafi material on the mixtape Son Rize: Volume 1 and wrote Spirit of an Outlaw and The Homicide of Yafeu 'Yaki Kadafi' Fula about her son and Shakur.
