Henri PFR, born Henri Peiffer on 26 September 1995 in Brussels, is a Belgian DJ, musician and composer known for his work in dance-pop and electronic music. A classically trained pianist and composer, he has built a career as a producer and DJ, performing at major festivals and collaborating with established artists in the electronic dance scene.
Peiffer trained in classical piano and music theory for nine years from the age of six, developing an interest in electronic music around age fourteen. He began his professional career in 2013 with the mixtape Summer Memories, posted on the "La Belle Musique" YouTube channel, which drew more than 70 million views and attracted the attention of Armin van Buuren's Armada label. He signed his first two singles with Armada, including "Tarida." He went on to collaborate with German producer Robin Schulz, remixing his track "Sugar" and co-producing "Wave Goodbye," which appeared on Schulz's 2015 album Sugar. His music was subsequently released through Sony Music, including the singles "One People," "Home," and "Until the End" (October 2016), which topped the Belgian charts for several months and was certified platinum in Belgium.
Peiffer's achievements have been recognized with several awards: the Pure Newcomer Award at the 2017 D6bels Music Awards, an "Orchid" in the Culture category from the Walloon Brabant province in September 2017, and the International Newcomer of the Year Award at the Fun Radio DJ Awards during the 2017 Amsterdam Dance Event.
Over the course of his career, Henri PFR has performed at festivals including Ultra Music Festival, Lollapalooza, Tomorrowland, Parookaville, and Disneyland's Electroland Festival, and closed the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Spa-Francorchamps. He has collaborated with artists such as Robin Schulz, Gabry Ponte, KSHMR, and Blasterjaxx, and released music through labels including Spinnin' Records, Armada Music, Sony Music, Ultra Music, Soave, and Warner Music. He is signed to One World Artists, the agency and management company associated with Tomorrowland, and has served as an ambassador for UNICEF.
