Vanessa Campagna is an American singer, songwriter, and producer based in Nashville, Tennessee, recognized as a Billboard number 1 artist, Academy Award winner, and five-time top 10 charting songwriter. She released her self-titled debut album in 2007, followed by "Can You Hear Me Now" in 2011, and has worked across pop, dance, and orchestral music. In 2020, she achieved her first Billboard number 1 hit as a featured artist on "Waymaker" with Michael W. Smith, which topped the Billboard Christian Airplay Chart and earned RIAA Gold certification in 2022, while also winning Worship Song of the Year at the 2021 K-Love Radio Awards. She has performed with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, where composer Marvin Hamlisch praised her vocal abilities, and appeared at the Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame Awards with the Miami Symphony Orchestra.
