He began studying the piano at the age of four, and from 1986 he has authored ballets, operas, music for the theater and special projects around the world.

Tradition and experimentation both have an important role in his music. The latter has always been the result of a personal artistic concept that rejects any limitation of style or inspiration. Cesare's personal musical alphabet crosses different genres, bringing to his listeners the freshness, intensity and power of a truly strong “pianism”, a deep spiritual approach and the lightness of captivating melodies.
