Artist Biography Available in: Klazz Brothers is a music band formed in 1999 by two German musician brothers, Tobias Forster (piano) and Kilian Forster (bass, Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra/Dresden Philharmonic Jazz Orchestra), with Tim Hahn (drums). Klazz is a mixture of Klassik and Jazz.
During a trip to Cuba, they fell in love with Cuban music. From their meeting with musicians of Compay Segundo, they got the idea to marry their music with Cuban rhythms, and recorded with two studio musicians, Alexis Herrera Estevez (timbales) and Elio Rodriguez Luis (congas), under the name Klazz Brothers and Cuba Percussion.
