Maria Dragomiroiu (11 iulie 1955, Marcea, Vâlcea) is a folklore music performer from Romania. He graduated from Ion Luca Caragiale High School in Bucharest. Having a special voice, with a large vocal register and being the owner of an excellent technique, as a soloist of classical music, Maria Dragomiroiu was compared, especially at the beginning of her career, only with Maria Tănase, the lady of Romanian folklore song. Since 1972 he has lived in Bucharest. In 2006 he graduated from the Spiru Haret Faculty of Music. She was hired as a soloist of the Alunelul Teleorman Orchestra (1983-1985) soloist of the Vâlceanca Orchestra from Râmnicu Vâlcea (1985-1989) and the Ensemble Calusul from Scorniceşti (1989) soloist of the Doina Argeşului Orchestra from Piteşti (1990-1993).
