Nicholas Christian Hopkins, beter bekend als Nicky Hopkins (geboren op 24 februari 1944 te Perivale, Londen, UK), was een Engelse muzikant. Hij speelde orgel, keyboard en piano.

Nicky Hopkins speelde regelmatig mee op albums van The Rolling Stones (onder andere We Love You en Sympathy for the devil), The Kinks, en The Who.

Op 26 september 1994 overleed Hopkins in het St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, USA op 50-jarige leeftijd.
