The musical group Harmonices is the result of an idea by the violinists Gianfranco Contadini and Stefano Rondoni. The aim was to form a group of musicians capable of tackling the entire classical repertoire and to help those who do not usually listen to this type of music to appreciate it. Thus, this group was founded and since 1998 has been performing in classical concerts in the most prestigious theatres and concert halls in Italy, with a vast repertoire ranging from 1600 to the early 1900s, including such composers as Bach, Vivaldi, Mozart, Paganini, Monti, Brahms, Beethoven, Sarasate, Strauss and many more. They perform as soloists, in duets, trios, quartets and as a complete orchestra of 22 players.
