Lisa Bassenge was the daughter of a German father and an Iranian born. After graduation Lisa Bassenge took vocal studies with Judy Niemack at the Hochschule für Musik "Hanns Eisler" in. During her studies she met Paul Kleber know who since then has become a constant companion in almost all musical projects.
Lisa Bassenge toured with various projects throughout Europe, Thailand and Vietnam; it is as a guest vocalist on records by musicians like Nicola Conte and Max Goldt to hear. At their 1995 founded band Lisa Bassenge Trio also included bassist Paul Kleber and pianist Andreas Schmidt . Successor of the trio is the ensemble A Little Loving on which glue is also involved.
Its interesting interpretations include Rio Reiser Junimond on the second plate A Sigh, a Song (2002) and the duet We make music with Ilse Werner of Three (2004).
Other projects in which Bassenge has worked, are Micatone , nylon and re: jazz .
