"Alaska" was een Britse symphonische hard rock band opgericht door Bernie Marden na zijn vertrek bij de formatie Whitesnake. Andere bandleden waren: Robert Hawthorn (zang), Brian Badham (bas, piano), en John Marter (drums).

Alaska bracht twee studio albums uit: Heart of the storm (1984) en The pack (1985). Daarna werd de band ontbonden.
