The Common Linnets is een band bestaande uit Ilse DeLange, JB Meijers, Jake Etheridge en Matthew Crosby. Met toen nog lid Waylon bereikte het in mei 2014 de tweede plaats op het Eurovisiesongfestival 2014 in Kopenhagen met Calm after the storm, afkomstig van het debuutalbum The Common Linnets. The Common Linnets won op het festival twee Marcel Bezençon Awards: voor het beste optreden en het beste lied.
