Wham! foi um duo inglês de música pop, formada em 1981 por George Michael e Andrew Ridgeley, na cidade de Londres. Nos Estados Unidos foram conhecidos como Wham!UK porque já existia outro grupo com o mesmo nome. Suas canções mais conhecidas são: "Careless Whisper", "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go", "Freedom", "Everything She Wants", "Last Christmas" e "The Edge Of Heaven". Em 1985, a Wham! se tornou a primeira banda pop do Ocidente a se apresentar na República da China, que até então não recebia grandes astros da música consagrados fora do Oriente. A banda se separou em 1986 e George Michael iniciou uma bem sucedida carreira solo.
