デキシーズ・ミッドナイト・ランナーズ（Dexys Midnight Runners）は、1978年に結成された、イギリス・バーミンガム出身のバンド。リーダーのケビン・ローランドのワンマンバンドであり、毎回作る音楽、ファッションが違う。この為、メンバーチェンジも激しい。
1983年、『カモン・アイリーン』が全米1位に輝き、代表曲となる。この曲はケビン・ローランドとギターのビリー・アダムス、トロンボーンのビッグ・ジミー・パターソンとの共作であり、バンジョーやフィドルを使用したケルティック風のサウンドとなっている。この時の彼らのファッションは、皮のチョッキにバンダナ、ダンガリーにサンダルというスタイルであった。同年にこの「カモン・アイリーン」でブリット・アワードを受賞している。
