Counting Crows es una banda de rock estadounidense de Berkeley, California, formada en 1991. La banda está formada por Adam Duritz (voz principal, piano), David Bryson (guitarra), Charlie Gillingham (acordeón, teclados), Dan Vickrey (guitarra principal), Dave Immergluck (guitarra, banjo, mandolina), Jim Bogios (batería) y Millard Powers (bajo).
Counting Crows ganó popularidad tras el lanzamiento de su álbum debut, August and Everything After (1993), que incluía el sencillo "Mr. Jones". Han vendido más de 20 millones de álbumes en todo el mundo y recibieron una nominación al Oscar en 2004 por su canción "Accidentally in Love", que se incluyó en la película Shrek 2.
