KT Tunstall (née Kate Victoria Tunstall le 23 juin 1975 à Édimbourg) est une auteur-compositrice et guitariste qui a vécu à St Andrews, en Écosse. Elle a été remarquée par le public suite à son passage dans Later… with Jools Holland avec le titre Black Horse And The Cherry Tree. Suite à cette apparition, son premier album solo Eye To The Telescope a connu un succès mondial.
Elle a enregistré en tout quatre albums sortis en France et partout dans le monde : Eye to the Telescope, disque d'or en France, puis, Drastic Fantastic en 2007, Tiger Suit en 2010 et enfin, un quatrième album, Invisible Empire // Crescent Moon en 2013.
Elle est aussi l'auteur d'autres albums et EP acoustiques tels que KT Tunstall's Acoustic Extravaganza et The Scarlet Tulip EP.
