I have read the Book of Angels.
Or at least most of it...
Maybe it convinced me, I'm still unsure. Or maybe it was just the right text at the right time. I've since received numerous texts, documents, graphs, and charts in the mail from begotten. None of them with any context. Many of them I yet to understand. None of them mentioning why he had handed me a note simply reading, "HELP ME" the last time we had seen each other in person.
I believe it's safe to say that begotten has joined the NIGHTMARE DISCIPLES. I still place a warning on all of this group's releases, though I'm beginning to understand them. Their goals. Their mission. My interactions with them have been nothing less of bizarre, but I think I get it. They are a musical collective of sorts, but not ONLY that.
I had spoken with SKINDANCE for the first time in July of 2023. Since then, we've worked together, though under very strange requests; burying copies of album, sending copies for them to give out to 'devoted members' of their group. They have gained some of my trust, and hopefully, I have gained theirs.
Through diagrams of mystic and esoteric knowledge, and chapters and chapters about the Philosophy of Art, I am wholeheartedly intrigued by what this group has to offer. But I just can't shake the feeling that something is OFF about them. I can't put my finger on it, as though they have some secret agenda hidden behind all of their interesting ideas. Their philosophy and occult practices are hard to dismiss entirely. But there's just something...strange going on.
The madness. It speaks to me on some level. Maybe it speaks to you. It certainly has had an impact on begotten. This is the last excerpt from The Book of Angels that he sent me. I can't make sense of it all, but this should give you an idea of the types of things begotten has been sending me. Only this time, it came along with this brand new album. And now, like every other NIGHTMARE DISCIPLES release, a request for buried and gifted copies to devout members.

In true begotten fashion, this text and poem were all included as an album package:
"MYSTIC PRINCIPLE OF MANIFESTATION
Embrace madness. Find the seed of a forgotten nature deep within your conscious being. Water it with insane thoughts and fold it into yourself, each fold tougher than the last and thicker at the crease, like a sheet of paper, until you are bloated and floating in the air, heat swirling and engulfing your breath.
Grow a second mouth and bite into the flesh of an ethereal fruit. Allow its juices to run down your cheeks, cold and sticky. Exhale the succulent flavor of madness as it absorbs into your bloodstream. From spirit to physical vibrational evaporation.
mi yitan vealohim yarpe et hargel haftzu'a
Your mania will set you free. Unshackle the energetic cuffs about your pulsing wrists. Turn the Key of Angels where legions of the Unfathomable join you in chorus.
Sing with them a song of madness.
Sing with them a song of melody.
Sing with them a pleasing hymn of truth and lies.
The Beings of illusion will guide you through the maze. They will bring forth your love of ANGELS.

Claw out your eyes if you wish to really see.
Pull free your tongue if you wish to really speak.
Pierce your flesh with the needles of lamentation.
'ani meshabe'ach vemehalel et ha'el hagadol, ha'el hakadosh vehanish'
They speak as one:
'Ani meshabeach u-mehalel et ha-El ha-gadol, ha-El ha-kadosh ve-ha-nissa.'
They speak as many.
Allow them to enter your physical body, one-by-one. Their feet into your throat. Their legs choking you gleefully.
Then break free by your own will. Tear them kicking and screaming from within.
Now,

As someone wise once quoted to me from the text called Hagakure; a practical and spiritual guide for a warrior:
"Common sense will not accomplish great things. Simply become insane and desperate."
I will let you take from that what you will. begotten has promised me a meeting face-to-face again in 2026. But this time he will be joined by SKINDANCE. I'm awaiting details on an exact time and place.
For now, enjoy the stylings of the entity known as b e g o t t e n 自杀. I'll be looking further into this. I'm sure I'll have plenty of time to think while I package special copies for the members of the NIGHTMARE DISCIPLES.
