Album Description
Available in:
Prophecies is the seventh studio album by the Swedish symphonic power metal band Dragonland, released on October 23, 2026, via Scarlet Records.
User Album Review
The album marks a triumphant return for the band, arriving four years after their 2022 release, The Power of the Nightstar. Recorded, mixed, and mastered by Fredrik Nordström at Studio Fredman, Prophecies blends fast-paced power metal riffs, epic orchestrations, and fantasy-driven lyrical themes, aiming to both revisit the band's classic 2000s landscapes and venture into new musical territory. The cover art, illustrated by Pedro Sena, deliberately pays homage to 1980s "hit pack" computer game compilation aesthetics, with distinct visual segments representing different tracks on the record.
