Ready for the Grave is the third studio album by the Los Angeles doom metal quintet Early Moods, released worldwide on September 18, 2026, through RidingEasy Record.
The record represents a defining milestone for the band, blending their traditional, heavy Sabbath-esque doom style with the uptempo energy of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) and thrash. It was recorded at Cyan Sound Studio and produced, engineered, and mixed by Toshi Kasai, known for his extensive work with the Melvins and Tool. The striking, surrealist cover art for the album was created by the late painter Mariusz Lewandowski.
