Seasoning The Jazz was a very simple idea: I wanted to use jazz samples and add Hip Hop drums and effects to make it sound more atmospheric. Ever since I started my journey as a beatmaker, I’ve loved jazz. I can’t say that this album is a beatmaker’s work, because it isn’t and never will be, but I do feel that, at the very least, it’s a way of representing what we beatmakers feel when we hear a great piano, a great trumpet, or a great bass. I don’t know how to explain it; I simply love jazz.
I wanted to do the same thing I did with MRT and keep the whole collection together so you can enjoy it as it was meant to be. More than two continuous hours of Jazz, with 3 sections featuring different styles. Thank you for everything, and keep enjoying the music.
