A quick EP based on driving around Chicago at night on a recent trip.
There's something so special about driving at night somewhere new. Especially in a city where there's still so much going on around you at all times. With my beloved soundly asleep in the passenger seat, we drift through the highways. Reflections in the windows & lights streaking past create a perfect abstract blur. Somewhere in the warped hues, you find memories & reflections that aren't so easily recalled under normal circumstances.
Dedicated to my nephew Wren, who was born during the same trip that inspired this EP.
