Love You Madly Hate You Badly is the fourth studio album by American singer-songwriter Oliver Tree, released independently on April 24, 2026. The 17-track record serves as his final musical body of work following his tragic death in a helicopter crash in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on June 14, 2026.
The album marks a major shift for Tree, who ditched his signature bowl cut and internet gimmicks to produce a raw, vulnerable alternative pop/indie record. Co-produced alongside long-time creative collaborator Whethan, the album addresses toxic relationships, self-sabotage, and the fine line between adoration and resentment.
