The record has been widely praised for its punchy mix, courtesy of Adam "Nolly" Getgood, giving the rhythm section a massive physical impact. It also features cinematic arrangements incorporating choirs, electronic textures, and a vocal duet between Englund and Mikael Stanne on A Burning Flame.
