The album features 12 tracks and was produced by guitarist Jack Owen and vocalist Chris Barnes. It is conceptually split into two styles: one side focusing on "speed and aggression" (Death) and the other on the "tasty, groove-laden music" (Groove) reminiscent of the band's early work.
