*Guitarist* is a solo album by British fingerstyle guitarist Laurence Juber, released in 2003 on Solid Air Records. It comprises 11 entirely instrumental tracks with a running time of approximately 40 minutes. Juber, known as the former lead guitarist of Paul McCartney’s Wings, presents an impressive range of acoustic guitar music, blending elements of folk, jazz, pop, and classical music. His virtuosic fingerstyle technique and creative arrangements give each track its own distinctive character, with both original compositions and interpretations of familiar pieces included. The album’s clear, detailed production brings out the nuances of his playing beautifully. *Guitarist* received praise from critics and listeners alike for its musical sophistication and emotional depth and is regarded as one of the outstanding works in Juber’s discography.
