I have asked people about their dreams since I was a kid. One dream that seems to reoccur in the minds of those I ask, and I myself (who first experienced this many times before daring to ask anybody) if they ever have the dream about "the secret room in their house." My own dream would display such a thing by having (and taking place in) a setting that looks just like the house I live in, but at a 90 degree angle to our front door, there is another door from the interior of the house. So let's say your home's front room is a living room. Imagine how the door opens into your home; now imagine that same door closing shut. The area on the wall now revealed by the closing of your door is where the Secret Room door would always appear, right behind (and at a 90 degree angle to) the entrance of the home.
As I have aged, the Secret Room door reoccurs in my dreams but usually in different ways. A recent version shows it in the back-closet of a room that looks like my parent's old bedroom from the '90s, but when you go through this door, an entire studio apartment complete with bedroom and kitchen apparently exists in here. Many dreams show the door but ominously do not let me to see beyond into its contents, but this has been a subject dream across many experiences of sleep from childhood through adulthood, and others have described similar dreams of encountering Secret Rooms in their nightly visions across my asking.
The subject of this Photosynth entry is not a photograph at all, but a dedication to a place with an actual secret room (once I wonder if there is any traversement whatsoever by 2020): Yoyorast Island on Halo: Custom Edition for the PC. A mid '00s dream memory if I ever had one, but with a little cliff that lets you get into this map's own version of a secret room. This opens my journey towards making music in dedication to that still-depicted dream location. Hope to open that door many more times again.
