Album Description
Available in:
This one is a slushy that you may not wanna turn off because once it's finished, reality consumes you back. The music hits you with this surreal and nostalgic feeling that you could experience anytime during your life. The cover reflects that shiny summer aura of addictive colors that our brain loves to see combined: yellow, aqua blue, and green.
We've asked 818181 the inspiration behind the album and here is what she said:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Themes of life/death are all over my music. I wanted to take the concept of life being a joke and this sort of cynical outlook and contrast it with very emotional music that hopefully shows how life can also be beautiful." ~ 818181
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
About the artist:
818181 is a senior vaporwave music producer that used to produce vaporwave for other artists and various other genres like pop/hip hop.
"Vaporwave and specifically slushwave has always been my true musical love/passion and where I feel most creative so I started 818181 as my way to express these ideas of death/beauty and hopefully put my own spin on the style" ~ 818181
