"Blood Speaks" is the third full length album from British duo Smoke Fairies, released in the UK 21st May 2012 on the V2 Records label and released in the US on 23 April 2013 through Year Seven Records. A limited edition box set was also released featuring three bonus tracks.
The Guardian wrote " Blood Speaks deals in familiar virtues: subtle, minor key laments on which their voices twine elegantly around brooding guitars. The mood of gathering gloom occasionally drifts rather close to torpor, but Feel It Coming Near and the sublime Awake usher the darkness in beautifully."
