"Omen of Disease" is the sixth full length studio album by American death metal band Broken Hope. It was originally released on 27 Sep 2013 , on the Century Media Records label.
This album is dedicated to the memory of Joseph Keith "Esophagus" Ptacek and is the first album released by the newly reformed band.
The cover painting was created by world-renowned horror-artist, Wes Benscoter (Slayer, Hypocrisy, Autopsy, Kreator, etc).
