"Black Rain" is the second mini-album released by 9GOATS BLACK OUT. This was released on 14 Feb 2009 in two different versions: a limited edition, only available through the band's official shop, and a regular edition. The limited edition comes in special designed paper jacket, comes with an eight page booklet, and an extra track "Rakujitsu". The regular edition comes in normal jewel casing and a different eight page booklet .
