Out of print in the U.S.! In the '90s, MTV's Unplugged was the hippest music show on television. Even though the acoustic-based live performance show was actually on the air for a few years before it took off (it was originally hosted by Jules Shear), it became THE show for artists to prove their musical worth while also becoming a high-rated cable TV program. At the height of it's popularity, the 'unplugged' aspect had been compromised a bit, but at least the acoustic guitar still reigned supreme! Features 18 performances from artists such as Sting, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page & Robert Plant, R.E.M., Sheryl Crow, Lenny Kravitz and many more.
