"Sand in Your Shoes " is a 1995 album release by Ralph McTell on the Transatlantic Records label , it was Ralph McTell's first album of new original songs in nine years .additional vocals were by Mary Hopkin ,best known for her 1968 UK number one single "Those Were The Days". It was later released in 1998 in the US on the Red House Records label
