Twelve Deadly Cyns…and Then Some est sorti en 1994 (sauf aux États-Unis, où il fut retardé d'un an). Ce titre est un jeu de mot entre le mot sins (péchés) et Cyns (les chansons de Cyndi), en effet cet album est une compilation de 12 ses plus grands hits et d'autres. Durant sa tournée mondiale pour la promotion de cet album, elle s'est produit en France au palais des sports de Paris le 19 novembre 1994
