User Album Review
Her voice has neither the spunk of Lindsay Lohan nor the power of Kelly Clarkson

With two, not hugely successful albums behind her, a greatest hits compilation was certainly not what we were expecting from 17 year old Hilary Duff.

It's not all old though with the addition of 3 new tracks produced by boyfriend Joel Madden from Good Charlotte. Previous singles "Come Clean" and "Why Not" get a 2005 remix treatment, but the best track remains debut single 'So Yesterday'. The country tinged "Girl Can Rock" sets your foot tapping, and latest single "Wake Up' could have been straight off Britney's debut.

But her voice has neither the spunk of Lindsay Lohan nor the power of Kelly Clarkson, and there isn't enough here to warrant a purchase if you're already the owner of her back catalogue. But if you're after your first taste of Duff-flavoured pop to listen to in the background as you do your homework, then this album can do no harm.
