Malevolent Rapture, released 6 January 2006 on the Massacre label, is a album by thrash metal/death metal band Legion of the Damned. It was their first album since the demise of their preceding band Occult, which ended with the loss of previous lead singer Rachel Heyzer. In common with later albums the lyrics heavily reference the dark side of the occult and apocalyptic themes. The album was created in Stage One Studio and produced by Andy Classen.
