Theli è il quinto album in studio del gruppo musicale svedese symphonic metal Therion. Pubblicato nel 1996 e, successivamente, ristampato dalla stessa Nuclear Blast Records.
Theli fu registrato agli Impuls Studio di Amburgo e tracciò la nuova direzione sonora della band. Johnsson considera quest'album il suo capolavoro ed anche la sua registrazione definitiva, nonostante l'alto livello di sperimentazione lo allontani dai classici gusti di chi ascolta death metal. La linea vocale si sviluppò con intermezzi di Johnsson, Wawrzeniuk e addirittura di Dan Swanö, facendo però sempre predominare la linea coristica-classica all'interno del tema principale.
È il disco che lanciò definitivamente la carriera della band.
