These Are the Good Times People es el sexto y último álbum, editado en 2008 por Fugitive Records (y distribuido por Cooking Vinyl en Europa), producido por Martin Feveyear y grabado entre Seattle y Portland.

Aquí se percibe una nostalgia alegre, los temas Mixed Up SOB y Sharpen Up Those Fangs muestran una banda que acepta el paso del tiempo sin perder su frescura. El sonido es limpio, más pop que nunca, pero aún juguetón.

La crítica fue cálida y respetuosa, reconociendo su coherencia estilística. El público lo recibió con afecto, especialmente entre quienes habían crecido con Lump y Peaches.
