Michael Calfan is a French DJ and record producer best known for his 2011 single "Resurrection," which topped the Beatport chart and received widespread support from major dance music acts. He is a protégé of French DJ Bob Sinclar and has released music through Sinclar's label, Yellow Productions.

Calfan first drew attention when "Resurrection" was debuted by Axwell on Pete Tong's BBC Radio 1 show during a takeover by Swedish House Mafia. The track quickly became a staple in the sets of Swedish House Mafia and its individual members, generating significant demand from listeners before its official release. It was eventually issued on Axtone Records following a summer release hiatus for the label, going on to reach number one on Beatport.

In addition to Pete Tong, "Resurrection" received DJ support from prominent artists including Tiësto, David Guetta, Avicii, and Swedish House Mafia. Bob Sinclar, who signed Calfan to Yellow Productions, praised the young producer, remarking that he had rarely felt such good chemistry working with a new artist.
