Corey Henry is an American trombonist, composer, producer, singer and songwriter from New Orleans, Louisiana, raised in the Treme neighborhood near the city's historic Congo Square. He began playing drums as a child before switching to trombone at age 10, learning from family members including his uncle Benny Jones, Sr., of the Treme Brass Band.

Henry joined the Treme Brass Band at 16, working alongside his mentor Kermit Ruffins, and later inherited Ruffins' weekly Thursday night residency at Vaughan's Lounge in New Orleans. In the late 1990s he founded the Lil Rascals Brass Band. He played trombone on Kermit Ruffins: The Barbecue Swingers Live (1998) and Ruffins' Swing This (2001), as well as Widespread Panic's 'Til the Medicine Takes (1999). Following Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Henry joined the Rebirth Brass Band and won a 2012 Grammy Award for Best Regional Roots Music Album for his work on Rebirth of New Orleans. He also performed with the Tipitina's-based funk-jazz band Galactic on The Other Side of Midnight (2010), Ya-Ka-May (2012) and Into the Deep (2015), and contributed to Galactic and Trombone Shorty's 2010 track "Cineramascope," featured on the Now You See Me soundtrack.

In 2011, Henry formed his own group, the Treme Funktet, whose lineup has included guitarist June Yamagishi, bassist Manus Tilton, drummer Walter Lundy, trumpeter Antonio Gambrell, keyboardist Beck Burger, and violinist Donald Surtain. The band released its debut album, Lapeitah, on Louisiana Red Hot Records in 2016, and was recognized by The New York Times as a standout act at the 2019 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. That year, Henry received the Spirit of Satchmo Music Award at Satchmo SummerFest, appeared as himself on NCIS: New Orleans, and was named Best Trombonist by OffBeat magazine. In 2020, Corey "Boe Money" Henry and the Treme Funktet won Gambit's Big Easy Award for Best Funk Band and performed on Lil Wayne's Playoff theme for the College Football Championship.

Henry founded the NOLA Footwork Music Festival in 2021 to celebrate New Orleans' second line culture and released the single "Footwork" in 2023. The Treme Funktet's debut live album, Corey Henry and the Treme Funktet Live at Vaughan's, was released in 2025 shortly before the band's Jazz Fest set and was nominated for a 2026 Grammy Award for Best Regional Roots Music Album; the accompanying single "Treme Lyfe" was noted for its horns, guitar and drums. Henry was also named to Esquire's Best Dressed Men at the Grammy Awards in 2026, alongside bandmate June Yamagishi's recognition on GQ's Best Dressed at the Grammys list. His daughter, Jazz Henry, plays trumpet with the all-female brass band the Pinettes and was a guest artist on his single "NOLA Footwork." In May 2026, Henry and the Treme Funktet performed at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and the St.-Louis International Jazz Festival in Senegal, and released the single "My City" on May 22, 2026.
