Andrew Fletcher (1961 – 2022), nicknamed Fletch, was an English musician and founding member of the electronic music group Depeche Mode.
Within the band, he served as a keyboardist while being a pillar of the group's cohesion and the backbone of its internal management. In 2020, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with the other members of the group.
