Andre S. Higgins (born September 11, 1985), known as Diggy Dre, is a West Coast hip-hop artist, producer, and founder of Diggy Dre Records/Vindictive Records from La Puente, California. Influenced by legends like Dr. Dre and the sound of classic G-Funk, he developed a signature style blending modern hip-hop with 90s West Coast elements.

A self-produced artist, he began making beats at 15 and released his debut album Welcome to Cali in 2011, along with contributions to the Ruthless Memories Eazy-E tribute project. His second album, The RE-Funk Era (2017), featured E3 (Baby Eazy), Iceberg Bigg Body, and Wanz. Following international touring, including Australia, he retired from music in 2017 and later earned two college degrees.
