Steffon is a Los Angeles–based hip-hop artist who was briefly signed to Ruthless Records in the mid-1990s. Emerging during the label’s post–N.W.A rebuilding era, he released his only known album, *Trippin’ Wit No Luggage* (1994), under the direction of Eazy-E’s Ruthless imprint. The project showcased a West Coast sound with elements of G-funk, paired with a more expressive and crossover-friendly style compared to the label’s harder-edged acts.

Before his recording career, Steffon was active in the entertainment scene as a dancer and television personality, including work connected to West Coast hip-hop media. His background in performance contributed to a visual and theatrical approach that is reflected in his music and album imagery.

Following his time with Ruthless Records, Steffon continued his career under the name Roach Killa, expanding into production, acting, and other creative roles. Due to limited releases and the transitional period of the label at the time, his catalog remains relatively obscure, making *Trippin’ Wit No Luggage* a rare piece of the Ruthless Records legacy.
