Antillas and Dankann are a trance production and remixing duo who began collaborating in early 2010. Antillas, a British trance producer supported by BBC Radio 1 and renowned DJs including Judge Jules, Dave Pearce, and Pete Tong, had already established himself through high-profile remixes and productions for Armada, Ministry of Sound, Nettwerk, Atlantic, and Ultra Records for artists such as Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, and Dash Berlin. Dankann, an Italian producer from Monopoli influenced by progressive house and trance, earned a Beatport "Most Promising Artist" nomination in 2009 following early releases on I Hate U and related labels under exclusive management with Plus 39 Group. Together, their collaborative work has been supported by a roster of international DJs including Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Tiƫsto, Gareth Emery, Sander van Doorn, and Thomas Gold, with regular appearances in Beatport's top 10 charts.
The duo released the collaborative single "Chasing Rainbows" featuring Lost Witness and Sarah Jane through Armada in September 2011, which became a significant success within the trance community. Their remix work includes notable versions of Solarstone's "Seven Cities" (2013), Emma Hewitt's "These Days Are Ours," Ashley Wallbridge's "Ibiza," and Chicane's "No More I Sleep," among numerous other productions for leading international electronic labels. Antillas achieved particular recognition following the global success of the Plummet track "Damaged" (a cover of American band Plumb) and his self-produced version of Tiesto's "Just Be," ultimately selling more than half a million singles throughout his career. The partnership has produced over a decade of consistent output, with compilation albums documenting their remix work spanning 2002 to 2012, establishing them as prolific contributors to the progressive and main floor trance sound.
